V. Gallery & Shop ships worldwide. We try to keep national and international shipping as low as possible and offer two methods of shipping for your convenience. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and can be sent via First Class Mail International or Express. Please choose your desired method of shipping at checkout.

First Class transit times can be anywhere from business days depending on the destination and your country's policies, customs and shipping times. Orders exceeding three pounds will be charged additional shipping based on the weight. You will be notified before your item ships should there be additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for delays and have no control over shipping times.
First Class Mail International does not offer tracking while in transit, we can only confirm delivery.
Express Mail
V. Gallery & Shop also offers expedited shipping. Expedited shipping offers tracking for your package while in transit. Transit times are typically 3-10 days to reach the destination country. Please be aware that delivery will depend on how fast customs processes your package which can exceed 3-10 days and we are not responsible for these delays as they are levied by the destination country.

Free shipping promotions or free shipping coupons do not apply to international orders unless otherwise noted.

V. Gallery & Shop is not responsible for delays in shipping. Please note that delivery of your package relies on how fast it passes through customs. From time to time customs can hold up a package for several weeks and we have no control over this and cannot predict how long this can take.
Customs and Duties
Your order may be subject to import tax, duties or customs which may levied once your shipment reaches your country. V. Gallery & Shop is not responsible for charges imposed by your country. You will be responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for information on these charges as we cannot predict what they may be.
We are required by law to disclose the full amount of the package.
Refused Shipments
Should you refuse your package you will be responsible for all shipping, taxes, duties, and customs charges plus a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Currency
All prices are listed in US dollars. The rate of exchange you pay is determined by the bank which issues your credit card, but it will coincide with the current rate of exchange. Please refer to this link for today's rate of exchange

V. Gallery & Shop, we stand behind our products and our service and you, our customer. We are very confident that our products will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund or exchange. You will receive 100% of your purchase price excluding original shipping charges (if any where charged).
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your item(s):
1. Your Authorization Code: Contact Customer Service (contact us page) and request a Return Authorization Code. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box.
2. Package Your Return: Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and invoice. For security reasons, do not write "jewelry" or any other related words on the outside of the package.
3. Insure Your Package: For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with the FedEx, DHL) for the full value of the product and retain the tracking number for your records. Send your package to:

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item.
The item must be returned in its original condition and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are refunded.
Items received damaged must be notified within 3 days of receipt to our offices for Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return.
